I needed a power of attorney for a real estate purchase and I had less than a half a day before the grantor was leaving the country. My intro call basically said what I needed and that they’d have to stop what they were doing and do it right then – were they willing? They certainly had other things going on but found an attorney who had some availability and orchestrated the whole thing. Just in time to head to the airport less than three hours later. They were great to deal with, friendly and efficient. And the closing went off without a problem.
